Itta Bena Industrial Park
The Itta Bena Industrial Park offers excellent sites immediately adjacent to four-lane U.S. 82 plus the added economic advantages of a Federal Empowerment Zone. New and existing businesses will benefit directly from federal tax credits which, in many cases, will more than offset the initial capital investment of a project. In addition, the credit for taxes owed will flow directly to ownership.
Rising Sun Waterfront Industrial Park
Located three miles south of Greenwood and consists of more than 750 acres with a substantial amount of frontage along the Yazoo River. The river is navigable to Vicksburg where it joins the Mississippi River. The terrain is flat with silt clay soil.
Airport Industrial Park
The Greenwood-Leflore Airport, located in Carroll County, offers sites with the built-in advantages of an all-weather, heavy jet cargo airport. Adjacent to 4-lane U.S. Highway 82, the airport is just 20 minutes west of Interstate 55.
