Staplcotn is the largest producer owned cotton cooperative in the United States. Along with Stapldiscount, they provide a range of services to members including domestic and export marketing, cotton warehousing, and agricultural financing. Staplcotn presently handles a total of 21,167 farm accounts in 10 states. Total membership in the Association, however, is 11,570 members who are located in 44 states.

Viking introduced professional cooking to the home in 1987. Now that same exceptional performance extends into every corner of the kitchen and even the backyard. Viking major appliances are sold through a network of domestic and international major appliance distributors, who in turn sell to high-end dealers, kitchen specialists and builders. In addition to the U.S., Viking’s growth has led the revitalization the city’s downtown, with the Viking offices spread between 12 buildings, all of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Viking currently operates three manufacturing plants and a distribution center, with over 1,000 employees on the local payroll. Heartland Catfish Company
Heartland is a state-of-the-art catfish processing facility, owned and operated by Tackett Fish Farms. The 135,000 square feet facility was designed and built to maintain the highest efficiencies while producing the best quality catfish products
in the industry.
Heartland Catfish controls product flow with software and grading equipment that monitors the fish, individually, before and after processing. This system provides the ability to quickly identify problems and keep down time to a minimum.
Heartland Catfish Company operates under a FDA as well as USDC HAACP plan. Since May 27, 1997, the company has been operating with a level 1 rating from the USDC, the highest rating that can be awarded to a plant.
